Price Chop LTD policy commitment is applicable to all of our customers, including vendors, buyers, landlords and tenants. As a result, we obtain and hold for a period of at least seven years evidence pertaining to our customers’ identity and, where appropriate, we obtain proof of ownership of property and source/destination of funds. We will be unable to proceed with any work on behalf of our customers if we are unable to obtain this information. Customers’ identity will be subject to an electronic identity check, which may also include a credit check.

We ‘’Price Chop LTD’’ may ask for proof of payment. This may happen due to fraud prevention and account safety. We may ask for identification (a copy of your passport or driving license), address verification (a copy of a bank statement, utility bill, land line phone bill or government issued letter. These documents need to be dated in the past 3 months) & proof of payment validation (a screenshot of payment leaving your account). If we ask you for any document its for fraud prevention and in essence for your safety. Please send all documents to [email protected] where all documents will be treated with the strictest confidence. After satisfactory documents received we will remove any restrictions to your account.
If a charge back is placed the person which has made the payment will be liable and Price Chop LTD may take legal action to recover all funds.
